A glimpse into the rebrand for Allison Stoddard Photography – a nostalgic, old money inspired brand and website. Back in late 2021, Allison came to me dreaming of a rebrand for her photography business that would truly reflect her and her work. Together we developed a holistic brand identity, Showit website, illustrations, custom suite of client facing guides, and printed business cards to bring the vision to life.

A glimpse into the rebrand for Allison Stoddard Photography – a nostalgic, old money inspired brand and website. I will forever be inspired by Allison’s work and heart. Back in late 2021, Allison came to me dreaming of a rebrand for her photography business that would truly reflect her and her work. Together we developed a brand identity, showit website, custom suite of client facing guides, and printed materials. Almost 2 years later and I’m now convinced I’ll never not be obsessed with what we created.
During the strategy phase, we landed on nostalgia and the warm and oh-so-special feeling of sitting with loved ones and looking through old photos. Our goal was to find a way to mirror this feeling through her visual brand. We used movement, transitions, textures, and intentional photo choices to express this feeling of nostalgia. In a collaboration with the creative genius, Rachel, from Scout House we were able to create a custom illustration of Cutty Sark. This was a meaningful addition to the logo suite. It has been so sweet to see Allison continue to gain recognition and connect with her dream couples in Northern California and beyond.
